Goalkeeper Training

Working with so many Pro Goalkeepers, its always off season somewhere, right now is the NWSL- Women's Pro off-season.  The NWSL has established itself as the top Women's Pro league in the world in just its first season.  

Seattle Reign Goalkeeper and West Coast Pro-Team Goalkeeper Haley Kopmeyer is spending this season in Southern California working with former LA Galaxy Goalkeeper turned trainer Steve Gonzalez.   

Steve is an incredibly insightful Goalkeeper Coach, bringing his experience from the pitch now to training Goalkeepers in SoCal.  His YouTube Channel will provide a lot of videos for improving your game, you can find it here: STEVE GONZALEZ GK YOUTUBE

We realize that this is a Professional training with Professional, however there is always things to be learned from watching others play and train!  When you go to a pro game, show up early to watch the keepers work and warm up.  Always  be curious and willing to learn new training methods and willing to try new things that you haven't incorporated yet and most importantly keep staying active!
