The movement in goalkeeping has been towards a lighter, thinner - glove in recent years. While this sounds great there are some downsides, lighter gloves don't absorb as much of the ball 'sting' as gloves with a bit of padding on the backhand. Our EXO-Skin models look to bridge this gap by providing thinner lighter gloves, while still having a good amount of substance to the backhand.
The Helix is a Hybrid Backhand - meaning it combines EXO-Skin and traditional gloves together, giving maximum flexibility, with more comfort for shot absorption. The Design while modern and aggressive, uses traditional Bavarian or German influences to give a great look to it.
The Helix palm is our signature BioHybird and it features a brand innovation XTEND Wrist ™, where the wrist has latex on it to create an extended palm but still keep a traditional wrist strap. We have also widened the wrist by 15% in order to give additional support. It features Finger + Thumb Protection and our Signature Black 4mm German Supreme Grip.
