Glove Size Guidelines

  • Goalkeeping Gloves should be worn slightly larger than hands
  • Fingers SHOULD NOT be touching the tip of the gloves
  • Removing Finger Protection will make a glove 1/2 size larger.
  • Reverse/Negative glove cuts are a snugger fit, so it's often best to go a size up if on the border.
  • If you have a larger frame/build, your palm may be larger, requiring a larger glove. Just email us, we are here to help!

How To Measure Your Hands:

Option 1:  Measure the circumference of the widest part of the palm measure the circumference of the widest part of the palm including the thumb. Round up to the next highest inch.

Option 2: ; Measure the length of the hand from tip of the middle finger to the base of the large thumb area where the keeper's thumb meets the wrist. Round up to the next highest inch.

Example:  7.5" rounds up to 8", so a 7 3/4 around hand is a size 8 glove.

Ridiculous

Latex is amazing when moistened a bit, durable if you dive properly, and the wrist strap has the perfect amount of tightnesses. Would buy again but I’m broken because I want to try their other ones.
(EDIT)
Forgot to mention something
The first review was not accurate because I forgot to say some thing I did not prewash them the first time like a smart person and after washing them with just some water the grip REALLY comes out.

Kona Honu Gloves

These gloves are amazing! West Coast is by far the best glove brand available in the United States. The tiny increase in price compared to Nike, Adidas, or Reusch, is more than made up for in the quality of West Coast gloves and the longevity. A pair of gloves used almost every day, easily lasts for 6 months, or even longer depending on the extent of care that you put into your gloves. Honestly, I do not wash my gloves once a week, and they still last forever. A couple tips; buy extra finger braces, and a bottle of glove wash. The finger braces will break with hard shots, not a fault of the gloves or company at all, they are designed to break rather than your fingers! Braces need to be replaced. The bottle of glove wash is an extra 10 bucks, but it last extremely long, and makes it more than worth it to have clean, and replenished gloves every week.
